Assemblyman Guy Houston can’t run for the Assembly again because of term limits, and now he wants to be our next Supervisor. Newspapers report that Houston recently entered into a settlement – the terms of which he refuses to disclose – with four plaintiffs who alleged that Houston knowingly committed fraud and financial elder abuse against hardworking Californians.
